Spacious quadruple room with great cleanliness. However, the breakfast selection could be improved.

perfect spot for walking to all medjugorje's landmarks

during my stay, I loved being just a few steps from the Queen of Peace Shrine and the beautiful Vrt Svetog Franje, making it easy to explore all the incredible sights Medjugorje has to offer.

The family-friendly room configurations were spacious and accommodating.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. The bathroom floor in the shower was slippery when wet, leading to a potentially dangerous situation. Additionally, I found that the breakfast lacked variety and freshness, leaving a lot to be desired for a hotel of this caliber. Most disappointingly, the service did not meet the expectations I had for a four-star establishment.

The breakfast buffet offered a lovely variety of

options, including delicious pastries and a good selection of hot and cold items. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean, and the location was fantastic, just a short walk to St James Church. However, on one occasion, we experienced a shortage of hot water in the morning due to a large group using it simultaneously.

Exceptional service made our stay delightful

From the moment we arrived, the welcoming smile from the staff, especially Zlatko and Maria, set a warm tone for our stay. The breakfast spread was quite satisfying with a lovely mix of hot and cold items, and our room was consistently neat and tidy. The location was perfect, just steps away from the church and local shops, enhancing our pilgrimage experience. When we extended our stay, it was met with kindness and flexibility.

One minor issue was the inconsistency of the internet connection, which made it challenging at times to stay connected. Additionally, the selection of English-language TV channels was quite limited. While these didn’t significantly impact our overall enjoyment, they are aspects that could use improvement.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a great setup for my family, which made our stay super comfy. We loved chilling in the lounge area and enjoyed the game room when we weren't exploring. A small downside was that the breakfast could use a bit more variety, but it didn't take away from our awesome experience. 😊

Clean, comfortable room, delightful staff, including the friendly receptionist Vesna who provided great information, and a fantastic location within walking distance to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.

Couldn’t fault.

The room was cozy with comfy beds, and we really enjoyed the fresh towels every day. The only small issue was the internet, which wasn’t super reliable but didn’t ruin our fun. 😊

The family room with a balcony was spacious and comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day out. However, the internet access was quite poor, impacting connectivity. Additionally, there was a shortage of hot water during peak hours, which was inconvenient.
